Welcome to Complete Care Chiropractic! We hope you find our online booking simple and efficient.

For Chiropractic patients, if it’s your first time coming to our clinic, please select the “Initial Chiro Assessment” option so we have enough time to properly examine and treat you.

If you’re booking a subsequent chiropractic treatment, the majority of people should select “Chiro Standard”. Some specific patients may have been instructed too book one of our other appointment types such as “Chiro Brief Adjustment Only” for a very quick tune up, or “Chiro Extended Visit” for those who require more time for their visits, or appointments for Acupuncture or Orthotics. If you’re unsure, please select “Chiro Standard”.

For massage therapy, please select the period of time you would like for your massage. If it’s your first visit, we suggest you select 60 minutes so your therapist has sufficient time to treat everything you would like treated.

Dr. Tim Lahn has been proudly serving the Barrie area since 2016. It’s important to understand that no two cases are exactly the same, which is why Dr. Tim uses an individualized approach to every patient he sees, and draws from quite a few different tools and techniques to get the best results he can. Dr. Tim uses diversified chiropractic adjustments, including manual adjustments, drop piece adjusting, and instrument assisted adjustments. Some of the other techniques he uses include contemporary medical acupuncture, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), myofascial release, kinesiology taping, electrical stimulation (IFC/TENS), and ultrasound therapy. He is also knowledgeable about rehabilitative exercises, and encourages his patients to be a participant in their own recovery.

In his practice, Dr. Lahn sees a wide variety of patients and conditions. He regularly works with patients at all ages and stages in life, including athletes, office workers, pregnant women, children, and seniors. While most people seek the care of a chiropractor for spinal pain, Dr. Tim is interested in treating extremities as well, including, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles.

Dr. Tim started his education at the University of Toronto where he received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, graduating with High Distinction. He then went on to attend both the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy to become both a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Chiropractor (although he has since stopped practicing massage therapy). Dr. Robert Bilow has been a chiropractic practitioner since 2016 and worked throughout Barrie, Toronto, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville and Vaughan. During this time, he has had experience working with a large variety of clientele, including expectant mothers, youth, elderly, athletes, weekend warriors, and homeless or under-housed. This is where he developed the core belief that there is no such thing as a one-size fits all approach to healthcare. Different people have different problems and, naturally, those require different approaches to care.

No high-pressure sales tactics, no hurried appointments and no double booking. Dr. Robert Bilow has always preferred a professional, honest, and expertly informed approach to care that you would be happy to recommend to your own family and friends.

A careful blending of patient expectations with up-to-date professional knowledge and understanding helps provide his patients with the best possible outcomes. Dr. Bilow frequently uses a combination of chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapies (both manual or instrument-assisted), clinical acupuncture, athletic taping, and a variety of electrical modalities for the best therapeutic effects. He is also a firm believer that no treatment plan is complete without movement-based therapy. Dr. Bilow will often rely on functional movement assessments and physical examination to isolate problem movements and provide exercise prescriptions to match those specific shortcomings.
